Such an amazing place located in one of the many beautiful, small towns in Friuli, Italy! The sunrise and sunset views overlooking the town were some of my favorite. On this trip we visited Copenhagen, Amsterdam, Paris, Ticino, and Munich and this stay and the surrounding area were my favorite. The breakfast was delicious and there were always many good options to choose from. The windows in the room had screens to keep out the bugs (all other places we stayed at in Europe did not have screens in the windows). The room and bathroom were spacious. The bed was two twin beds pushed together, but there was a large comfortable mattress topper over it so there was no “crack” in the middle. We stayed in the “Fiora” room. There is also a restaurant on the premises that is open Thursday-Sun and has amazing food, drink, and dessert and wonderful prices! Highly recommend staying here and exploring this beautiful area!
Wonderful bed and breakfast to stay at! Beautiful area with a very comfortable stay! The service is wonderful and the breakfast is delicious! I also enjoyed the restaurant which is on the premises and open Thursday-Sunday. Try the wine-tasting while you are here!
This was a fabulous place to stay - only -5 minutes outside of San Daniele, and even if it’s a bit far to drive to other locations the area is beautiful and when you arrive you will find lovely, comfortable rooms, delightful service, and delicious food. Highly highly recommended.
We love the location, the rooms are beautifully appointed and housekeeping does an excellent service. Breakfast was tasty. Unfortunately, our second time visiting didn’t feel as welcoming.
Upon arrival there was a huge wedding event that lasted until 11pm. It was very loud. We would of appreciated a notice before arriving that this was happening, our dinner reservation was cancelled . No parking available for guests both weekend nights. We tried to relax and enjoy the view with a glass of wine but were ignored and no one around . It seems the special events were the priority and felt we were overlooked.
It is a beautiful location but the customer service was lacking.

This is a really fantastic place to stay and is ideal for events, as it is equipped with both the suggestive buildings, grounds and breathtaking views, and the expertise of the very capable and professional staff who couldn’t do more to satisfy our every wish. Don’t hesitate if you’re thinking of having your Wedding Reception here (or just a restful holiday). I’ve just been to one and it really was the best one ever, in every sense. We had a great breakfast on the terrace too overlooking the countryside and the beds are very comfortable. I would definitely return here.
